2. At a glance
This website does not use any tracking or analytics services, does not embed maps, videos, fonts or plug-ins from third parties, and sets no cookies that require consent. I process personal data only to the extent required to operate the site and to respond to enquiries.
3. Hosting and server log files
The site is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit the site, the server automatically processes: IP address, date and time, the page requested, referrer URL, and browser and operating system. This is technically necessary to deliver the site and ensure its security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place with IONOS. IONOS stores the log data for a maximum of 8 weeks; IP addresses are anonymised in the process.
4. Cookies
This site does not set cookies that require your consent. Only technically necessary cookies are used where needed (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), for example WordPress login cookies for the administration of the site. You can delete or block cookies in your browser.
5. Contacting me
If you contact me by email or telephone, I process your details (name, contact details, message) to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). I delete them once the enquiry has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligation applies.
6. Links to social networks
This site contains links to Facebook and Instagram. No plug-ins are embedded, and no data flows to the networks when you visit this site. Only after you click a link does the respective provider process data in accordance with its own privacy policy.
7. Your rights
You have the right to request from me access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21). You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. To do so, contact contact@tanjahirschfeld.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany, lda.bayern.de.
