The black horse stands here as a memory of a presence. It is the moment just after loss: the body still recognizable, but already dissolving. Contour becomes line, form becomes energy. What remains are traces , calligraphic threads running through the painting like unanswered questions. The horse does not disappear into nothing. It returns to the black universe from which it came. This is about becoming, not about ending.
MINUS is a series of oil paintings that explores the phenomenon of disappearance , the voids that emerge when something or someone leaves. The works examine vacancy on multiple levels: in personal life as much as in systemic structures. Energy dissolves, changes its form, becomes something unknown. The series moves between figurative anchor points and abstract fields.
